Help Needed to Locate Rice Chopper in Photos
The Sutter County Sheriff's Department discovered the attached photos of a
rice chopper on a crime suspect's phone. The suspect had been sending the
photos to potential buyers.
Deputies need help identifying the victim of the theft, as well as the
location of where the photos were taken so the equipment can be recovered.
