Hope for Needed Winter Moisture
USDA
reported TODAY that California is a major area of concern over its pasture and
rangeland conditions.
Two
very bad years in much of the state have caused the situation to be as rough as
it is, as the cool season months approach.
The
wet season has already begun in the Pacific Northwest, so as we head into November
and December, we await possible seasonal rain and high elevation snow to arrive
before we reach about the halfway point of the year in January.
